Pilates A Mind Body Experience....
Pilates is an exercise method that concentrates on developing flexibility, endurance and strength without building bulk, toning your body from the inside out. Using our own body weight as resistance to work through a variety of exercises, that sculpt and tone the body and so suits everyone from young adults to seniors.
Pilates lengthens and strengthens our muscles, improves posture without stressing the joints or the heart. Indeed Physiotherapists and Osteopaths recommend Pilates to relieve/remove back pain and to help realign your body where there is a postural imbalance, including weak core muscles.
Pilates will help to reshape your body, which will become longer, leaner and more toned. Achieving the perfect balance between strength and flexibility, it is a great way to relieve unwanted stress and tension. Its slow controlled approach means that it gives much longer term results - A mind body experience....

June and July 'Boot Camp'
a Saturday morning full of Pilates starting with a technique session, followed by Pilates using different types of Pilates equipment, such as toning balls, thera bands, fitness circles, soft ball and relaxation to give you a workout like no other. Get fit for the summer! Refreshments included. Cost for this session 9.00am - 1.00pm is £40.00. Limited Spaces. Contact Gail for more information.
